Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers. Supervise staff members, including baristas, waiters, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in fast food or QSR industry (restaurant management). Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods (barista) and basic cooking techniques (fast food). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
