Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.Contribute to improving recruitment processes, reducing TAT, and increasing quality of hire.Track industry hiring trends within EPC/Oil & Gas domain.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support:
Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer proposals.Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
