As part of this strategic expansion, we are inviting applications from highly skilled professionals in Power Electronics Design to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced electronic components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of power electronics components including:

Inductors

Transformers

Chokes

EMI Filters

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on PCB integration, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance.

Conduct simulation, modeling, and validation of designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., ANSYS Maxwell, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, Altium, etc.).

Select appropriate magnetic materials, cores, and winding strategies for performance optimization.

Ensure compliance with international standards for safety, reliability, and electromagnetic compatibility.

Guide the prototype development, testing, and performance evaluation of designed components.

Mentor and support junior engineers in design methodologies and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

10–15 years of proven experience in power electronics component design (inductors, transformers, chokes, EMI filters).

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of power electronics circuits, magnetic design, EMI/EMC principles.

Proficiency in simulation and software such as ANSYS Maxwell, JMAG (JSOL) COMSOL Multiphysics (AC/DC Module), Keysight ADS (Advanced Design Systems), CST Studio Suite (Dassault), EMIStream, Texas Instruments WEBENCH, PI Expert (Power Integrations), Magnetics Designer (Intusoft)

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and lead design projects.

Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
