Key Responsibilities:
1) End-to-end purchase of staples (Cereals, Grains, Pulses, Lentils (Dals), Flours , Powders, Sugar, Jaggery, Salt, Basic Condiments , Spices , Dry Fruits and Nuts)
2) Vendor identification, negotiation & relationship management
3)Market trend tracking & price analysis for cost optimization
4)Inventory planning & coordination with supply chain
5)Ensure quality, compliance & timely availability
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4+ Years
Industry: Preferably from FMCG, Bakery, Dairy, Grocery or any Food IndustryQualification: Any GraduationKey Skills: Proficient in Excel & Data Management , Process Orientation & People Management.Age: Up to 34 yearsFunctional Area: Category/Purchase
Reporting To: DCM/Factory Manager (Administrative) and Category Manager(Functional)
