Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a premium hospitality company focused on delivering exceptional experiences in luxury hotels and resorts. We are looking for a skilled Acquisition Property Manager to lead property acquisition and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential hotel and resort properties for acquisition.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for property acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and agreements with property owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
• Monitor acquisition pipelines and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during acquisition processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or hospitality management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality market trends, regulations, and property valuation.
