1) Overall smooth operations of the site w.r.t. Fire & safety & technical services
2) Daily round of technical/utility area and ensure heathly equipment status.
3) Formulation, promulgation and implementation of instructions and guidelines for smooth functioning of technical services.
4) Periodic inspection of site and maintenance of equipment as per ppm schedule.
5) Ensuring upkeep of records and log books in professional manner.
6) Undertaking cases for procurement, repairs, up gradation and development of equipment / items.
7) Coordination with vendor (OEM/AMC) for timely servicing of equipment.
8) Tracking of AMC record.
9) Take daily updated status of HSD, water level, lift health status and water hardness of WTP/STP/cooling tower from shift engineer.
10) Tracking of WTP, STP and MEP consumable.
11) Tracking of electricity consumption on daily basis.
12) Preparation of contingency plan.
13) Vendor escalation matrix for all critical equipment.
14) Identifying new vendors for maintenance of property as required.
15) Initiative for increasing efficiency of equipment.
16) Ensure 100% health of all critical equipment.
17) Ensure 100% up keeping of critical equipment.
18) Maintain proper action plan for quick rectification of defective equipment.
