Job Description

As a key member of the Project and Development Services team, you will be playing a crucial role in driving project success. Whether taking ownership of small projects or providing support for major ones, you will be at the forefront of ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the organizational structure for each project, streamlining reporting, communication, and working procedures, and establishing clear project objectives. Your role will also involve maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs, requirements, and constraints, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your dedication to upholding excellence in project delivery will be essential, as you manage professional consultants for project design and documentation, oversee vendor contract administration, identify and mitigate project risks, and prepare project-related reports and analyses. To be considered for this position, you should be an expert in the field with a degree in a property-related discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction, or project management. Your ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and with clients will be crucial, as you promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships.
