The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the areas of Management and Business Administration, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Area Responsibilities Teaching - Deliver online lectures, case studies across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. - Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments. - Use innovative and interactive teaching methodologies. - Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations. Academic Development - Participate in curriculum design and revision. - Align teaching practices with latest industry trends. Student Mentorship - Provide academic counselling and career guidance. - Monitor and support students' academic progress. Institutional Contribution - Participate in departmental meetings and administrative duties. - Contribute to events, workshops, and community outreach programs. Qualifications: Educational: MBA from a reputed institution Specialization in areas such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, or General Management. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience. Experience in blended and online teaching will be an added advantage. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical thinking and mentoring ability. Familiarity with case-based and experiential learning.
