Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Professor located in Naugarh, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and evaluating assignments, conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, mentoring students, and collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and participating in departmental and institutional activities. Qualifications Expertise in the subject area and ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses effectively Proficiency in conducting academic research, preparing publications, and staying updated on developments within the field Strong skills in mentoring, student engagement, and collaboration with peers and administrative staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly Proficiency in managing academic responsibilities independently with organizational and time management capabilities Prior teaching or research experience is advantageous Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant field is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and relevant experience may also be considered
