Assistant Professor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced faculty member to join our esteemed institution as an Assistant Professor for BBA/BAC (Computer Language and Management) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching and Instruction:

- Deliver lectures, conduct seminars, and assess student performance in Computer Language and Management subjects.

- Develop and update course materials, curricula, and syllabi to align with industry trends and academic standards.

- Use innovative teaching methodologies, such as case studies, group discussions, and project-based learning.

- Student Mentorship:

- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities and industry events.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development.

- Fulfill administrative duties, such as course coordination and student counseling.

- Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve departmental goals ¹ ² ³.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field with specialization in Computer Language and Management.

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of Computer Language and Management subjects.

- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environment.
