Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee inspection operations, team management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quality and inspection roles within a technical services or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of inspectors or operational staff.
Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules as per project/client requirements.
Ensure inspections comply with industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.
Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports and IRNs.
Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding inspection activities.
Evaluate and improve current inspection processes for better efficiency and quality.
