Job Description

You are an experienced and proactive Assistant Operational Manager responsible for leading and overseeing customer service operations. Your role will involve handling customer escalations, providing effective resolutions, and maintaining positive client relationships. Strong communication skills are essential to manage the customer base, while leadership skills are required to mentor the team in delivering prompt solutions to customer queries. Your key responsibilities include managing high-level customer escalations professionally, analyzing recurring issues to implement preventive measures, and identifying root causes of problems. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team, conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment for collaboration and high performance. As an Assistant Operational Manager, you will develop and implement customer service policies, monitor team performance metrics, collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery, and build strong relationships with key clients. You will also prepare detailed reports on customer complaints, resolutions, and team performance, use data-driven insights for process improvements, and monitor customer feedback trends for areas of enhancement. Your skills should include strong problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure with a customer-first attitude.
