Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can manage both sales and interior design responsibilities.
This role requires someone who can understand client needs, provide tailored design solutions, and confidently close deals.
You will be involved in both designing interiors and converting leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand client requirements and develop customized interior design concepts.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare layouts (2D/3D).
Create mood boards, colour schemes, material selections, and furniture arrangements.
Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc., to present concepts.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
Handle walk-in clients and incoming leads professionally.
Pitch design solutions and services based on customer needs.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
Follow up with leads, maintain CRM or Excel records, and close sales.
