About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder.
This role goes beyond administrative support — you’ll be the strategic right hand to the Founder, ensuring smooth execution of priorities, managing cross-functional communications, and enabling key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic bridge between the Founder and internal teams, ensuring information flow is clear, timely, and actionable.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings — ensuring the Founder is always one step ahead.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Draft and review professional communication, emails, and business correspondences on behalf of the Founder.
  • Coordinate with vendors, handle procurement approvals, and track expenses for the Founder’s office.
  • Monitor projects and initiatives, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of deliverables across departments.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of proven experience supporting Founders, CXOs, or senior leadership (Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff role preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills — articulate, crisp, and persuasive.
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy and business-aware, comfortable with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and create order in ambiguity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
