Job Title:Marketing & Office Executive – Project Finance and Loan ServicesLocation:Ahmedabad (Field and Office Work)Company:Keshav Finance. – Project Finance, Working Capital, and Machinery Loan ConsultantsJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented individual to assist in marketing our loan consultancy services and support daily office operations. The role involves visiting banks, government offices, and industrial clients for business development and document coordination, as well as performing routine clerical and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Promote company services related to project finance, machinery loans, and working capital finance.Visit banks, financial institutions, and government departments for file follow-ups, documentation.Collect and submit documents, loan files, and related papers as instructed.Maintain and organize office records, files, and database entries.Support marketing efforts, client inquiries, and data compilation for loan proposals.Handle small administrative tasks, errands, and clerical work at the office.Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience in banking, finance, or field marketing will be an added advantage.Basic computer and documentation skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp communication).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas for official work.The role may also involve supporting various departments with specific tasks and projects as needed.
