Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, providing support to the team, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role may also involve preparing reports, coordinating with other departments, and handling communications.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing reports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
