Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and suggestions for innovation and growth
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Conduct regular field force meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation among team members
Manage a team of ASMs (Area Sales Managers) and MRs (Medical Representatives) to achieve sales targets for ayurveda and nutraceutical products.
Build strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to expand product reach.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years in
Ayurveda / Herbal / Pharma / Nutraceutical
sales & marketing.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; launching or managing products; experience with modern product formats.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel in the field, ability to motivate team.
