Assistant Manager/Manager - Market Research

You will be joining IDEX India as an Assistant Manager/Manager - Market Research, a crucial role within the IDEX India Marketing and Strategy team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing macro industry growth trends & market dynamics for IDEX key markets through primary and secondary research. - Designing surveys to discover prospective customers" preferences, market & competition trends based on business objectives. - Conducting Voice-of-customer, Voice-of-Business & competitor surveys to collect market, customer, and competitor intelligence. - Analyzing data collected through research and interpreting the findings to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to businesses. - Providing insights on new trends (Technology, Market, Customer) and recommending new focus areas for the business. Qualifications and Competencies required for this role include: - 3-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting or market research & strategy within a manufacturing firm in an industrial segment (B2B). - Deep understanding of IDEX key markets, customers, and competition for valid market research. - Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, proficiency in data analytics, and knowledge of research tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
