You will be responsible for training your team in lead generation strategies through various channels like social media, networking, referrals, and word of mouth. Additionally, you will need to guide your team in prospecting leads and ensuring they offer the right financial solutions to customers. Incentives will be provided for team building (Advisor/Agent Recruitment) and new business generation. Qualification Required: - Be a graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience.
