About The Role

We are looking for a skilled

Assistant Manager - Web Analytics Specialist

with strong hands-on experience in

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

and

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

, along with expertise in

Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

for data visualization. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills in English, and be passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, custom events).
Configure and maintain GA4 properties, event structures, conversions, and audience definitions.
Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior, website performance, and marketing campaign outcomes.
Build automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, data discrepancies, and reporting gaps.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define measurement frameworks.
Conduct A/B testing and support CRO initiatives with proper tracking.
Maintain documentation for tagging frameworks, analytics setup, and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with GTM and Google Analytics 4.
Strong understanding of event-based analytics, attribution, and data governance.
Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for GTM implementations).
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Ability to translate data into insights and clear business recommendations.

Good to Have

Experience with Heap Analytics.
Experience with BigQuery, server-side tagging, or mobile app analytics (Firebase).
Understanding of CRM, CDP, or attribution tools.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM metrics and digital marketing KPIs.
