The Warehouse Assistant Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Assist in planning and executing daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Help achieve financial goals by optimizing resource use and reducing waste.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 Years of Experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Certification in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
