We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our clients both domestically and internationally.Role Description:We are seeking a dedicated and versatile candidate for the role of Assistant Manager and Business Development Coordinator at Tropical Trading Co in Belgaum. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires skills in accounting, sales, marketing, and business coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the import-export business, market research, proposal writing, and customer service. While prior experience is valued, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, financial reporting, and budget management. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and meet targets. Manage and oversee import-export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery of goods. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Write proposals and assist in the development of marketing strategies. Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers and clients. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing and sales. Prior experience in the import-export business is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and market research abilities. Experience in proposal writing. Knowledge of the agricultural or food industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
