Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in this role, you will be expected to support the manager in planning and executing operational strategies to achieve company objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating staff shifts, and approving time-off requests. You will also function as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Providing performance feedback to staff and collaborating on professional development plans will be crucial.
