Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in implementing the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals for rooms, banquet, and F&B.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate visits, cold calls, sales blitz, and lead generation.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery for events and group bookings.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining CRM systems, generating sales reports, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Support in organizing site inspections and familiarization trips for potential clients.
