ITW Global Automotive in India has 2 manufacturing facilities in Pune & Chennai and caters to majority of the Auto OEM’s both national and multinational and their tier suppliers.

The Opportunity:

Responsible for Sourcing of Injection Moulds, fixtures, gauges,

Issuing of RFQ’s and price negotiations, Verifying the moulds designs/

drawings, coordination of feasibility with German colleagues, Tracking

of progress and responsible for timely delivery at required quality

standard.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tool makers can be located in India and China, so travelling will be

required for supplier visits.

• Working closely with Project Team to relay Tooling information,

offer feedback on designs and drawing details.

• Experience with Plastic Injection moulds and molding techniques for

small precise parts.

• Experience in plastics, such as Nylon (PA), PP and Acetal (POM).

• Support production in all questions of process engineering (mould,

machine, material, auxiliary equipment)

• Good verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.

• Ability to be self organized, handle unforeseen circumstances and

manage team members in a methodical and structured manor.

• Good time management skills and have ability to work under stress.

• Ideal candidate would have experience in working at a tool maker in a foreign location.

Experience:

Minimum 7-8 years of similar experience.
