Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager/Team Leader based in Mumbai. The role involves managing daily operations, leading a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving escalation issues effectively. The Assistant Manager/Team Leader will oversee workflow allocation, monitor team performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role may also require reporting, data analysis, and coordination with other departments to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and People Management: Strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
  • Operational Expertise: Workflow management, ability to ensure targets are met, and experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to collaborate across departments.
  • Customer Service: Ability to manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills and Reports: Data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting skills for driving informed decisions.
  • Organizational Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: Graduate- Any stream
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools for managing operations and reporting.
