Job Title: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Salesforce Hiring)

Location: India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune,Gurugram, Chennai.)

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Salesforce practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic recruitment plans
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce roles: Developers, Admins, Consultants, Architects
Source candidates using advanced techniques across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical fit
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top Salesforce talent
Manage recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with Wipro’s hiring policies
Mentor junior recruiters and support high-volume hiring drives when needed

Required Skills

Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and role-specific requirements
Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Synergy), Excel, and recruitment analytics
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines
Familiarity with diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
7–11 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM technologies
Certifications in HR or recruitment tools are a plus
