As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition at The Walt Disney Company, Bangalore India team, your role involves recruiting top talent and providing exceptional service to technology clients. Your responsibilities include developing candidate pipelines, managing client relationships, and executing recruiting strategies. Here are the key responsibilities: - Act as a consultative recruitment expert, applying best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection of high-quality candidates - Attract and convert passive talent through a deep understanding of the business and employee value proposition - Develop and implement comprehensive technical recruitment plans - Collaborate with clients and HR partners to understand department culture and talent needs - Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and screenings - Utilize innovative sourcing and branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates - Utilize recruitment Applicant tracking system and CRM for candidate management - Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in the technology field - Drive continuous improvement through recruitment analytics - Represent the Company at networking events and industry conferences - Build a professional network of top technology talent Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 5 years of technology recruiting experience in corporate and agency settings - Proficiency in social media tools for sourcing and branding - Advanced Boolean and/or Semantic searching skills - Ability to interact with and advise senior management - Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects - Strong consultative and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking systems - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to maintain confidentiality Education requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field The Walt Disney Company is committed to diversity and inclusivity, striving to build a workforce that represents its audiences.
