Job Title: Senior Manager, HR Products and Analytics Location: India (Hybrid/In-office) Reports to: VP, Workforce Analytics (U.S. & Europe) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Products and Analytics to lead our India-based HR shared service team, supporting stakeholders across the U.S. and Europe . This role is pivotal in driving the HR digital strategy to support data-driven decision-making, development of learning content and delivering actionable workforce insights. The Senior Manager will lead a team of analysts and data professionals, ensuring high-quality analytics solutions that enhance workforce planning, talent management, and overall organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of professionals based in India, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture based on continuous optimization and improvement Manage Relationship with BPO Partner: Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the third-party BPO for HR services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and manage the HR service delivery performance of the BPO partner to ensure it meets agreed-upon standards and KPIs. Oversee the creation and management of a learning and development "learning center" to provide comprehensive training content for the organization. Align team efforts with the broader U.S. & Europe People Analytics strategy, ensuring seamless support for business leaders and HR stakeholders. Drive the adoption of advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation (RPA), to enhance decision-making. Maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and security. Enforce data management policies and procedures to support accurate and reliable HR data. Partner with global HR and business leaders to translate complex workforce data into strategic insights. Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of HR services. Define and implement skills and competency frameworks to guide team development and performance. Develop and execute recruiting procedures to attract and retain top talent for the HR shared service team (e.g., assessments) Analytics & Insights Oversee the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to analyze workforce trends, including attrition, engagement, hiring, and performance. Provide in-depth analyses on key HR metrics, employee surveys, and workforce planning to support data-driven decisions. Understand the importance of identifying patterns and trends in employee data, offering recommendations for talent strategy, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. Drive automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key liaison between the India team and U.S. & Europe-based HR, IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities. Present team insights to senior leaders in the U.S. & Europe, translating team data into compelling narratives that showcase success. Partner with HR, IT, and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless data integration, data management and data governance. Data Governance & Technology Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with global HR policies and regional regulations (e.g., GDPR). Leverage HRIS, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to enhance analytics capabilities. Champion best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and self-service analytics. Learning Center Build out an AI-focused and enabled learning center of excellence that develops content and tools to enhance the learner experience and optimize the learning processes Analyze, design, develop and implement training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Serves as primary points of contact on learning initiatives, leveraging project management plans and status reporting to apprise stakeholders of progress. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. BPO Relationship Management Act as the primary operational liaison between our company and the BPO partner, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and manage the service delivery performance of the BPO partner to meet agreed-upon standards and KPIs. Handle administrative tasks related to the BPO partnership, including contract management, invoicing, and compliance. Provide strategic and operational guidance to the BPO partner to align their services with our company's goals. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts in the partnership, ensuring a smooth and productive working relationship. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Work with the BPO partner to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in either Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Over 5 years’ experience as a people leader Proven experience in a senior HR analytics role, preferably in a shared service environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software. Job Title: HR Product Specialist – HR Core (Global) Business Unit: HR Site: GOSC (India) Department: HR Strategy / Transformation / Digital Job Type (perm/FTC) Perm Site Context & Job Purpose Essential part of the new Global Product Owner HR Core structure accountable for the end-to-end management of HR Core Products within GXO, from hire to retire, consisting of operating model, processes, technology and data through the entire lifecycle (strategy, plan, build and run). GXO are looking for a HR Product Specialist HR Core with experience in a fast-paced environment across multiple geographies, topics and teams. The ideal candidate will have product management experience including strong project management skills in the domain of HR Core with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central strong knowledge, ideally. The role is “global” by design supporting all the regions (UKI, Europe and AMAPAC) and will work closely with the Product Owner and Process Owners HR Core as well as the People Services teams and in collaboration with HR Technology. The role will report to the Global Product Owner HR Core and is expected to work European hours (CET). Job Description Main accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Product Management and Optimization Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors EC), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support. Work with the HR Core Process Owners and the People Services teams in the regions (UKI, AMAPAC and Europe) to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements (continuous improvement, optimization and new opportunities) Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process Process Improvement : Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience Ensure HR software supports best practices in HR operations and aligns with industry standards. Maintenance, User Support & Training : In collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systems Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products. Skills & Experience Required: Skills Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different regions and time zones Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regions Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent planning skills Works well under pressure with the ability to work at pace in an agile manner delivering outputs in the moment Excellent team player with a collaborative approach Influence with a positive and professional attitude Experience 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context.
