Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

In this role, you will be responsible for managing last mile delivery operations, performance monitoring, customer experience, warehouse coordination, issue resolution, shipment reconciliation, and dispute management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Last Mile Delivery Management:** - Oversee and ensure smooth execution of last mile delivery operations in designated areas. - Monitor daily delivery performance metrics such as on-time deliveries, failed deliveries, and returns. - Manage and track real-time delivery status using logistic tracking tools or dashboards. - Monitor end-to-end delivery closure reports to track pending, failed, or rescheduled shipments. - Conduct regular meetings with delivery partners to discuss performance and identify gaps. - **Performance Monitoring:** - Track key operational KPIs like Delivery SLA, Cost per delivery, etc. - Analyze performance reports and take corrective actions to address issues or delays. - **Customer Experience:** - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective delivery tracking and issue resolution. - Collaborate with customer service teams to handle escalations and feedback related to delivery. - **Warehouse Coordination and Issue Resolution:** - Investigate and resolve issues related to missing, delayed, packing errors, or damaged shipments in coordination with the warehouse team. - Provide accurate and timely updates to customer service teams post-investigation to ensure consistent communication. - **Shipment Reconciliation and Dispute Management:** - Conduct monthly reconciliation of all shipments, including delivered, in-transit, returned, and undelivered shipments. - Ensure 100% accuracy in shipment reconciliation across systems and with 3PL partners. - Track and escalate disputed shipments (lost, damaged, undelivered) to courier partners within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with the finance team on a monthly basis to reconcile COD remittance disputes. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, specifically last-mile delivery. - Bachelor's degree. - Prior experience working with 3PL partners or E-commerce. - Hands-on experience with shipment reconciliation, fraud investigation, and loss prevention.,
