Assistant Manager - Stewarding

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in Agra, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stewarding and excellent communication skills.

• Manage and supervise the stewarding team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff performance and knowledge.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing employee achievements, and addressing concerns promptly.

• Proven experience in stewarding or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
