Job Description

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in statutory audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and Manage Audit Engagements: Oversee statutory audit processes from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior audit staff to enhance their skills and performance.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness, identifying areas of financial risk and recommending mitigation strategies.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating audit findings and recommendations effectively.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting audits, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.


Required Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Professional Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification.
