We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Whom Are We Looking For? A proactive and technically adept Assistant Manager – Sales to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and support strategic growth. This role demands a deep understanding of the electronics domain, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive B2B environment. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Electronics, Engineering, or Business) Minimum 4–7 years of experience in electronics, industrial components, or B2B sales Working knowledge of GEMS portal, IndiaMart, and CRM tools Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Nice to Have · Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical discipline · Demonstrated interest in robotics, IoT, or electronics innovations · Prior experience in managing a small sales team or handling strategic accounts · Exposure to trade fairs, technical expos, or industry networking events What We Offer Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month (based on experience and performance) Opportunity to grow in the rapidly evolving robotics and electronics industry A collaborative, innovation-driven work environment Long-term career growth with leadership opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Location: New Delhi, Delhi (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/06/2025
