Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree any discipline is required. Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related field is preferred. 2. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales role is preferred.. 3. Minimum of two years of experience in an electronic sales role or a similar position. 4. Proficiency in using sales platforms like the GEMS portal and IndiaMart. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. 6. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with all organizational-level professionals. 7. Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change. 9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, sales events, and trade shows.
