Whom Are We Looking For?

A Tech-Savvy Sales Associate with a strong interest in electronics, robotics, and B2B customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who can understand technical requirements, suggest appropriate product solutions, and support the sales process with a consultative approach.

Must Have

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field

· At least 2 years of experience in technical/B2B sales or industrial product sales

· Familiarity with platforms like GEMS portal and IndiaMart

· Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

· Ability to understand product specifications and match them to customer needs

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Interest in robotics, IoT, or electronics innovation
• Exposure to technical trade shows, product demos, or industry expos
• Experience using CRM tools and handling technical documentation (RFQs, product sheets)
