Whom Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Operations Associate who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations including order management, inventory control, shipping logistics, and customer service. This is a critical role that demands strong operational expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management tools, and reporting
• Experience working with courier integrations and order management systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms like Shopify or similar
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms like ZOHO
• Prior experience managing a small team or supervising junior staff
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and stock auditing
