Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of sales acumen, team management skills, and marketing expertise to achieve revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and partnerships.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain market edge.

Marketing:

• Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).

• Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for promotions, branding, and content creation.

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to design effective strategies.

• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Team & Operations:

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.

• Support senior management in developing annual sales & marketing plans.

Qualifications and Skill Required

• Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of experience in IVF Industry ,Hospital industry ,Stem Cell Banking ,Gynae Pharma Division .
