Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Sales Marketing will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and executing business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market analysis. This role requires active engagement in sales activities, customer service, and communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Sales Operations experience
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Polymers, PU, Chemistry or related field.
• Master's or Diploma degree in Marketing or Business Management is a plus
