DR Tech Homes Pvt Ltd, a reputed name in construction and interior design in Trivandrum, is currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Purchase. We are looking for a knowledgeable professional who has hands-on experience in building materials procurement and vendor management, and who can contribute to the smooth execution of projects by ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, especially in building materials and construction-related items

· Strong knowledge of construction products, pricing trends, and local vendor networks

· Ability to prepare quotations, purchase orders, and maintain material requisition forms (MRFs)

· Familiarity with product specifications, quality standards, and alternative materials

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems (added advantage)

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects and work under strict timelines

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end procurement processes for building materials and interior items

· Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers

· Source quotations and negotiate pricing to ensure cost efficiency

· Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and site supervisors for timely material delivery

· Monitor inventory, material usage, and maintain proper documentation of MRFs

· Assist in implementing and maintaining procurement policies and standard procedures

· Update the ERP system with relevant purchase data and generate necessary reports
