Job Title: Video Anchor – Digital Marketing Department

Job Summary:

DR Tech Homes is looking for a dynamic and confident Video Anchor to be the face of our digital content. The ideal candidate will host videos, interviews, and walkthroughs related to our residential and commercial construction projects, client stories, and industry insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and present content for marketing videos, reels, and interviews
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging scripts
• Represent DR Tech Homes on social media and YouTube
• Conduct on-site and studio-based video shoots
• Deliver content confidently in Malayalam and English
• Work closely with videographers, editors, and content writers
• Stay updated on construction and design trends

Requirements:

• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills
• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English
• Experience in anchoring, hosting, or similar roles is a plus
• Passion for storytelling and real estate/construction
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a team environment
• Pleasant personality with good articulation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related fields
• Prior experience in social media or YouTube video content creation
