Role & responsibilities

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 24 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of back-office metrics, funnel management, and back-office/operations processes.• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Effective communicator & End-to-end ownership of process audits.• Hands-on experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow optimization.• Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive root-cause analysis.• Training content review, quality controls and strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Experience in back-office processes, internal controls, and compliance monitoring.• Capability to manage projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.• Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.• Familiarity with automation opportunities is an added advantage.
