Assistant Manager Production

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure quality manufacturing of slimline aluminium windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, process optimization, and team leadership in a manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production processes to meet quality and delivery standards
• Collaborate with engineering to implement process improvements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (KRA)
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for production staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory and resolve production issues proactively
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years in a production management role, preferably in aluminium/window fabrication
• CNC machining experience (min. 2 years), with basic maintenance knowledge
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and production software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
