Role & responsibilities

Conduct research to identify new technologies, materials, and processes.
Develop prototypes and test new concepts for feasibility and performance.
Analyze data and prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with product development, design, and production teams to bring innovations to market.
Continuously improve existing products and processes for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments.
Virtual assembly design on software before the trial
Punching die development for profile machining
Training and information provided to the installation team for new developments
Designing and drafting for outsourced work
Handling of VMC tasks & their work
Solving queries from production and installation
Vendor development for moulding with a good quality surface finish
