Key Responsibilities: Sales Promotion & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Marketing & Brand Awareness: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the store's offerings. Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with customers. Organize events, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to retain customers. Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the store operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on sales techniques and customer service. Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the food or hospitality industry. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
