Key Responsibilities:


1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels (e.g., Snapchat, Amazon Ads, Influencer performance campaigns).
  • Execute full-funnel performance campaigns — from awareness to conversion — ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Optimize media mix and budget allocation across platforms based on ROI and CPA goals.


2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to identify insights and refine strategies.


3. E-commerce & Conversion Optimization

  • Collaborate with the website and product teams to improve conversion rates on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms.
  • Monitor and enhance user journey, cart abandonment rates, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Support performance-driven campaigns for marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, etc.).


4. Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Brief the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives tailored to skincare audiences.
  • Stay updated on beauty and skincare trends to ensure relevance and innovation in campaigns.


5. Budget Management & Forecasting

  • Manage and track monthly performance marketing budgets.
  • Forecast expected results and ensure campaigns deliver within the defined CPA and ROAS benchmarks.


6. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with brand marketing, CRM, and influencer teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Partner with external media agencies or platform representatives when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in

    D2C beauty/skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce

    .
  • Proven experience managing significant ad spends and delivering positive ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer performance campaigns is a plus.
