Assistant Manager- Performance Marketing

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Amber, you will play a crucial role in expanding the clientele and driving sustainable financial growth through boosting partnerships and forging strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage marketing campaigns on various paid user acquisition channels to drive growth using the platform effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute paid user acquisition strategy, including testing and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns to optimize leads quality and conversion funnels. - Drive user acquisition in China through Baidu Ads, XhoHongShu Ads, WeChat Ads, and Douyin Ads. - Manage the full lifecycle of projects and programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. - Build and nurture relationships with teams in China and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to achieve common goals. - Identify, analyze, and resolve risks and issues to ensure project success and timely delivery. - Provide status updates on project KPIs, milestones, and budget to stakeholders and executives.
