Main Tasks General - Conduct regular customer visits to build enduring relationships, offer top-notch technical support, gather information on new projects, introduce new applications, and monitor competitor activities. - Advocate for Cellasto NVH products by replacing cheaper alternative materials. - Evaluate customer product designs and specifications, grasp design alterations, and provide technical proposals and solutions post simulations and design proposals submission. - Oversee complete project management from RFQ generation to SOP and extend technical support until EOP. - Manage customer complaints by analyzing failure modes and delivering countermeasure solutions. Strategic - Actively seek out new applications, endorse Cellasto's full material range over competing low-cost materials by organizing technical seminars at customer premises. - Collaborate with the team to nominate business/projects and take charge of managing nominated projects until SOP. - Represent Cellasto in Team Automotive India and engage in promoting Cellasto applications. Operational Customer Support - Evaluate customer RFQ inputs and requirements. - Design, analyze, and develop Cellasto parts to meet customer needs. - Propose VAVE designs where feasible. Project Management - Coordinate between customers, internal teams (Sales, Quality Control, SCM, Quality Management, Operations), and group companies for all product development activities until SOP. - Place proto sample orders and ensure follow-up to meet customer schedules. - Issue testing orders, prepare and submit test reports, and ensure successful completion of part validation tests within agreed timelines with customers. - Prepare validation reports and submit them to customers, follow up for report approval and PSW release. - Document all project records as per APQP/IATF16949 and BASF guidelines until upload on CDB. Customer Complaint Management - Analyze failure modes and share information within CFT to initiate countermeasure actions. - Implement part design changes and validations as part of countermeasure actions if needed. - Initiate change management processes internally and with customers if required. - Submit the action plan (in 8D format) to the customer. - Monitor improvement outcomes, follow up on action items, and share information with customers. - Coordinate with group companies for Cellasto Project Management activities. GKAM Technical Support - Participate in all technical development projects of Cellasto in GKAM. - Assist in RFI/RFQs analysis and support solution design to Project Leader. - Support testing and development activities at the plant for Global projects as required. - Collaborate with GKAM colleagues for successful project management and Start of production.
