Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager-MIS & Planning-Commissioning Co-ordinator with a background in the Power/Energy industry to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing the management information system, planning activities, and coordinating commissioning processes. Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and maintain the management information system (MIS) for tracking project progress, performance, and key metrics - Coordinate with various departments to gather data and generate reports for management review - Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget - Collaborate with the commissioning team to plan, execute, and monitor commissioning activities - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards throughout the commissioning process - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency - Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in MIS and planning

Technical Competencies


    Advanced proficiency in MIS software and tools,In-depth knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques,Familiarity with commissioning processes ,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Certification required: - Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
