Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing regular MIS reports for management, investors, and regulators. This includes generating branch-wise, region-wise, and product-wise reports to support decision-making. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry from branches and field operations into core systems is a key aspect of your role. You will also be required to conduct data audits and validations to maintain data quality and integrity. Additionally, preparing reports for RBI, SIDBI, MFIN, and other regulators as per prescribed formats and timelines will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with IT and software vendors to enhance the MIS systems, such as Loan Management Systems, Core Banking, and ERP, is essential for this position.
