As Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to identity and access management through IBM Verify.

User Lifecycle Management:
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, including account creation, modification, and deletion.

Access Control & Policies:
Support the administration and maintenance of access control policies, user roles, and permissions within IBM Verify.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Resolve common authentication and authorization issues related to SSO and MFA.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) for deeper investigation and resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and user guides related to IBM Verify.
Monitor user access logs and system events to ensure compliance with security policies and detect potential security threats.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

IBM Verify Experience:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Verify (or IBM Security Verify Access, the previous name). -
IAM Fundamentals:
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including SSO, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning. -
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with security protocols such as LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. -
Troubleshooting Skills:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. -
Communication:
Excellent communication skills for user support and collaboration with internal teams. -
Documentation:
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
