As Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to identity and access management through IBM Verify.
  • User Lifecycle Management:

Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, including account creation, modification, and deletion.
  • Access Control & Policies:

Support the administration and maintenance of access control policies, user roles, and permissions within IBM Verify.
  • Technical Troubleshooting:

Resolve common authentication and authorization issues related to SSO and MFA.
  • Incident Escalation:

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) for deeper investigation and resolution.
  • Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and user guides related to IBM Verify.
  • Monitoring & Auditing:

Monitor user access logs and system events to ensure compliance with security policies and detect potential security threats.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • IBM Verify Experience:

    At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Verify (or IBM Security Verify Access, the previous name).
  • IAM Fundamentals:

    Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including SSO, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning.
  • Technical Skills:

    Familiarity with security protocols such as LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
  • Troubleshooting Skills:

    Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication skills for user support and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Documentation:

    Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

  • Base location: Mumbai
  • Professional is required to work from office
